Everyday Energetic Protection: What Helps? What Hinders?

Welcome to the second season of the Scared2Sacred Leadership Podcast!
Well, It’s been a helluva start to 2017 already and if you are a sensitive conscientious person, you’re probably feeling a bit slammed these days. And perhaps now more than ever we are needing to “protect” ourselves from negativity and lower vibrational energies – our own, other’s, and the collective.
What exactly are we protecting ourselves from and why is it important? I get this question a lot, and it’s something I’ve been exploring for a few years now. While I don’t have all the answers, I do know what works for me and my clients.
It’s a day-by-day practice, and things are changing so rapidly we need quick and practical ways to manage our mood & energy. That’s what I dive into in this week’s episode.
