Sacred Biochemistry: Which Hormones Are Leading You?

It’s the inaugural episode of Scared2Sacred Leadership and I tackle something personal and pretty common among modern women: Thyroid & Adrenal Issues that affect our mood and attitude.

I also share a client case where biochemistry and living in a ‘scared’ state when we are alive can impact us after we dies as well – so the implications of taking care of our stress & biochemistry in this lifetime go beyond what even I thought was essential: We are talking soul implications here!

 

*One thing I don’t mention in the episode that I want to make clear: While it is definitely HARDER to connect to our sacred Inner Voice and spirit when our biochemistry is off, it’s NOT IMPOSSIBLE to do it. It takes awareness, discernment and paying attention to your body, mind, and emotions – even your energy.

P.S. A friend asked me for my morning adrenal tonic recipe when I told her I kicked the coffee habit. I made it up based on what I read in the resources I list in this episode’s Little Alter.

Here it is:

-2 scoops collagen protein (or use your favorite-this dissolves well and is flavorless, it is an animal product though for you vegans!)
-1Tbsp of raw cacao powder
-1/4+ tsp cinnamon
-stevia to sweeten
-1 capsule Rhodiola (opened)
-1 capsule Ginseng (opened)
-2 capsules Femenessence Maca (opened)
8-10oz hot water
2oz almond milk

I drink it hot, but I bet it would be yummy as a smoothie too.
